Our Taskin harpsichord, a National Treasure, sounds again, this time with Aapo Häkkinen, a harpsichordist born in Helsinki in 1976 and one of Finland's most active Baroque musicians. He began his musical studies as a chorister at Helsinki Cathedral, adopted the harpsichord at age thirteen, and studied with Bob van Asperen in Amsterdam and Pierre Hantaï in Paris, also benefiting from the guidance of Gustav Leonhardt. Since 2003, he has conducted the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra.
