On the anniversary of Alfredo Keil, the collector to whom the existence of the National Museum of Music is largely owed, and in connection with his friend António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro, the "Monteiro of Millions," to whom the history of the museum also owes much during the turbulent First Republic, we invited the philosopher Rodrigo Sobral Cunha to present his recent book "Regaleira Fantástica," an essay that offers a new perspective on the iconic Quinta da Regaleira, in Sintra, the spectacular home of Celebrated philanthropist.
